Dr. Peter Little's presentation contained very lively information on social and economic activities in Somalia which has been under political and security crisis since 1991. By indicating trading data of Southern Somalia and neighboring countries, he explained that "development" and "economic activities" could exist even under the crisis condition and without central government/regulation.
